This course is designed to set you up for success by providing an overview of the Demandbase Implementation process. Topics covered include the roles and responsibilities of the Demandbase Implementation Team and your organization’s team, the Implementation resources available to you and the activities that occur in each of the onboarding stages.

This course is designed for new Demandbase customers who are going through the Demandbase Implementation process.

• The onboarding survey and how it helps Demandbase tailor the initial configuration to your needs.
• The Implementation Plan which helps you manage and track implementation tasks and milestones.

• The different types of Demandbase One Connection Modes.
• The main activities that will need to be completed during each of the Onboarding Stages.
